What do you see from your window?? All the people have a world. My family, my friends, my job… All depends on the window from which you look. For example I can see a business of copies, prints and design in the ground floor of a flats block. There aren’t trees, gardens... It is sad, really sad. I think that is better to see from the widows a big grass land or a nice beach. Maybe you are luckier than me. I don’t know. Why don’t you show us what you see from your window? From Spain, Australia, China, Mexico… Your bedroom, your job… Always it is different. All the pictures that you will send me I will post. My email is patinho4963@googlemail.com.

The first picture is for me. This is the view from the window of my bedroom in Withypool, England. The last summer I lived there three months.

¿Qué ves desde tu ventana? Todo el mundo tiene un mundo. Mi familia, mis amigos, mi trabajo… Todo depende desde la venta por la cual mires. Por ejemplo yo puedo ver un negocio de fotocopias, impresiones y diseño en la planta baja de un bloque de apartamentos. No hay árboles, no hay jardines. Es triste, realmente triste. Pienso que es mejor ver desde una ventana una gran explanada de césped o una bonita playa. Quizás tú eres más afortunado que yo. No lo se. ¿Por qué no nos muestras que ves desde tu ventana? Desde España, Australia, China, Méjico… Tu habitación, tu trabajo… Siempre es diferente. Todas las fotos que me enviéis las colgare. Mi correo electrónico es patinho4963@googlemail.com.

La primera foto es para mí. Esta es la vista desde la ventana de mi habitación en Withypool, Inglaterra. El verano pasado viví allí tres meses.

My souvenirs / Mis recuerdos 2

Hello. I am here today for speak about one of the better gigs that I had seen in my life. LIKIN PARK. It was amazing. The gig was making it inside a bullring obviously without bulls, hahaha. Linkin Park is my favourite band. This concert isn’t the only concert that I have seen. I have looked a lot of concerts around Spain. Extremusika was in concert. There were only bands from Spain. Marea, Fito, Albertucho, Dover (in English), Sober… If you aren’t from Spain I recommence you listening any of these band. Enjoy the music in the concerts. The live concerts are the best!!

Hola. Estoy aquí hoy para hablar sobre uno de los mejores concierto que yo he visto en mí vida. LINKIN PARK. Fue sorprendente. El concierto se hizo dentro de una plaza de toros, obviamente sin toros, jajaja. Linkin Park es mí banda favorita. Este concierto no es el único que yo he visto. He visto muchos alrededor de España. Extremusika fue en Caceres. Marea, Fito, Albertucho, Dover (en ingles), Sober… Si tú no eres de España te recomiendo escuchar alguna de estas bandas. Disfruta la música en los conciertos. Los conciertos en directo son lo mejor!!

Road signs / Señales de tráfico 2

More signs. They aren’t really road signs but they have a very important mission. Don’t drink and being careful in the beach. How can I explain what it is the “botellón” or Big Bottle? Drinking in the street is a tradition in Spain for the young people. The Big Bottle is cheaper and funnier than the night clubs. Why is it funnier? Because, we share time and drink. We listen to music and we speak about the week. All the Saturday nights in a lot of place, the people meet up to enjoy the night. I miss the Big Bottles. The penalty for drink here is so expensive!

The last picture is a sign from Bournemouth’s beach. Being careful in the beach is very important.
What do you think about a Big Bottle in the beach?? It is the best!

Más señales. No son realmente señales de tráfico pero hacen una muy importante misión. No beber y precaución en la playa. ¿Cómo puedo explicar lo que es el botellón? Beber en la calle es una tradición en España para la gente joven. El botellón es más barato y más divertido que las discotecas. ¿Por qué es más divertido? Porque compartimos tiempo y bebida. Escuchamos música y hablamos sobre la semana. Todos sábados por la noche en muchos sitios la gente queda para disfrutar. Echo de menos los botellones. La multa por beber aquí es tan cara!

La última foto es una señal de la playa de Bournemouth. Ser cuidadoso en la playa es muy importante.
¿Qué pensáis sobre un botellón en la playa? Es lo mejor.

Postcards / Postales 2

I will speak today about three postcards that I have from Latvia. One of the postcards I sent it when I visited my friend Donate. He is “studying” in Riga, Latvia with a Erasmus´scholarship. Donate had sent me another two postcards. The first one is a postcard from Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Estonia is the smallest Baltic country. The second one is from Germany. He was in Berlin before travelling definitely to Riga. The postcard is the little red man from the traffic lights, it is cool!!!

I apologise for forgetting Mr. Cazallas and Mr. Peris. Sorry. Now, I can say that I have two new mates.


Hoy hablaré sobre las tres postales que tengo de Latvia. Una de las postales la envié cuando visité a mi amigo Donate. Él está “estudiando” en Riga, Letonia con una beca de Erasmus. Donate me ha enviado otras dos postales. La primera es una postal de Tallin, la capital de Estonia. Estonia es el país Báltico más pequeño. La segunda postal es de Alemania. Él estuvo en Berlín antes de viajar definitivamente a Riga. La postal es el pequeño hombre rojo de los semáforos, es cool!!!

Me disculpo por orlvidar al señor Cazallas y al señor Peris. Lo siento. Ahora puedo decir que tengo dos nuevos colegas.
